Howell, Your pictures are fabulous! Makes me want to come to Africa!!! How far is this waterfall from your village and when you go to a place like this, how do you get there?

WOW! This took my breath away. God and Mother Nature sure do make some beautiful things.
It’s incredible there! If you’ve seen the movie “The Gods Must Be Crazy,” this is where the San man chucks the Coca-Cola bottle off “the edge of the world.”
Glad you’re enjoying my work! This is quite far from my village, up in the Drakensberg Escarpment in Mpumalanga. South Africa has a pretty good network of highways and public minibus taxis which we use to get around. If there’s a large group of us, we might hire a minibus taxi to haul us around for the day.

If there’s a large group of us, we might hire a minibus taxi to haul us around for the day (along the Panorama Route, ten of us hired a taxi for the day at about 8 USD per person).
